Today is John Weisbarth Day

I pronounce May 8th is now John Weisbarth Day. He deserves his own holiday because...

1. He is very handsome but used to look like Pauly Shore.
2. He would have married bacon if it would have him but luckily he agreed to marry me.
3. He likes to dress up as much as I do, especially if it involves one of the following: a tuxedo, a dinner jacket, a captain's hat or growing a mustache.
4. He learned how to play one song on the piano, Piano Man, so that if at anytime an opportunity arises for a group sing-along he's prepared. This has happened...more than once.
5. He buys his wife flowers for no reason and still opens the car door for her.
6. He's a hugger, even if he just meet you, he'll make you bring it in for the real thing.
7. He'll try anything once, even learning how to be a sign spinner.
8. He is a born & raised California surfer boy and can actually "hang 10", well maybe hang 5.
9. He's going to make an amazing father very soon and will teach that boy to be strong, brave & kind.
10. He's a true original.
