Jake turns ONE tomorrow which is just bonkers.He made this adorable little card for me with our new nanny Loxie. Which reminded me that its not only Jake's birthday but the anniversary of the day I became a mom.
7 days late, lots of pushing and screaming at my husband John and this cute guy with a huge noggin joined us. I know this doesn't sound ground breaking but for me it truly was a miracle.
Jake I love you to the moon and back. Can't wait to see what year 2 holds!
