Ryan's Coconut Green Beans

I'm not food photog so this picture
does not do these green beans justice
To be completely honest I don't even really like green beans or coconut but the combo with shallot and garlic make this side dish super tasty. Thanks Ryan & Erin for sharing this easy recipe!

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of green beans (12 oz), washed & trimmed (we buy this)
- Tablespoon of coconut oil (we use this)
- 4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Then, over medium heat add beans and the oil. The coconut oil will be solid so just need to melt the oil and coast the beans. Once they are coated, mix in the garlic and shallot. Then transfer the green beans to a cooking sheet and put them in the oven till they are slightly brown/crispy. That's it folks.
